Antalya Printing House Cancellation and Refund Policy

General

Antalya Matbaası is an e-commerce site that produces customized products for individuals and companies. Personalized products are products that are specially produced in accordance with the customer's request. For this reason, the right of withdrawal and right of return for these products is applied except for the provisions specified in Article 15 of the Law on Consumer Protection.

Cancel

The customer can cancel the product after ordering the product, but before the start of production. For the cancellation of the product, the customer must notify Antalya Printing House in writing or by permanent data storage.

Returns

The product may be returned after delivery to the customer, but before it has been used. In order for the return of the product to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product must be sent in its original packaging and with its invoice.
The product must be undamaged and unused.
If the return of the product is accepted, Antalya Matbaası is obliged to refund the product price to the customer. The product price will be refunded within 14 days following the receipt of the return notification by Antalya Matbaası.

Return fee

In the event that the return of the product is accepted, the customer is responsible for the return fee.

Special cases

The delivery time of the product is determined in accordance with the customer's request. If the delivery period is extended at the request of the customer, the return period starts from the end of the delivery period.
Changes made by the customer during the manufacture of the product may prevent the return of the product.
Modifications

Antalya Matbaası reserves the right to change this return policy at any time and without prior notice.
